Recently, the signing ceremony of Sunpower Clean Energy Investment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Xintai Zhengda Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhengda Thermal Power Company”) was successfully held, marking the entry of Sunpower into the substantial stage of the acquisition of Zhengda Thermal Power Company.
