On September 9, the polysilicon cold hydrogenation reactor for the 100,000-ton annual high-purity silicon-based material project of United Solar Polysilicon (FZC) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "United Solar"), which was undertaken by Jiangsu Sunpower Pressure Vessel Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunpower Equipment"), a subsidiary of Sunpower Tech, was officially delivered. This marks the first export of China-made core equipment for polysilicon plants, and opens a new era for cold hydrogenation technology equipment to enter the international market and be accepted by overseas customers.

In recent years, the Omani government has accelerated the pace of energy transformation, promoted green energy, and pushed Oman's economic diversification and clean energy development. United Solar's 100,000-ton annual high-purity silicon-based material project is the largest single-unit polysilicon project in the world, with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan. It focuses on building a high-end, green and sustainable energy production base, and aims to provide the world with high-quality silicon-based materials, promote the widespread application of clean energy, and make important contributions to the optimization, readjustment and sustainable development of the global energy structure.

At the delivery ceremony, Chen Yuanjian, Deputy General Manager of Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hualu Company"), said that the first export of polysilicon cold hydrogenation technology and equipment with independent intellectual property rights overseas is of great significance. He firmly believes that the export of China-made core equipment for polysilicon devices is going to exert a positive impact on advanced equipment manufacturing to go global and integrate into the global photovoltaic supply chain.

Zhang Longgen, Chairman of United Solar, expressed his warm congratulations on the successful delivery of the equipment and expressed his sincere gratitude to Hualu Company and Sunpower Tech for their support and unremitting efforts in the development of the equipment. He said that Oman's polysilicon project has greatly enhanced the influence of advanced manufacturing in the Middle East and is going to become the most dazzling business card of the company. The delivery of this polysilicon cold hydrogenation reactor has provided strong support for the advancement of the project.

United Solar's entrustment of its first overseas polysilicon project to Sunpower is a trust and responsibility given to Sunpower.
