On October 15, Sunpower Tech (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunpower Tech") and Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Iron and Steel") formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement and conducted in-depth discussion on ways to promote cooperation between the two parties. Sunpower Tech firmly follows the path of localized innovation, having made outstanding contributions to the country's regional economic growth and the development of a green and low-carbon civilization. Nanjing Sennuo Heat Pipe Co., Ltd., its subsidiary, is the National Heat Pipe Technology Research and Promotion Center and the main drafter of national standards for heat pipes. It has dozens of national patents and other independent intellectual property rights, and has undertaken a number of national sci-tech projects and international projects. We have rich experience in waste heat recovery and utilization, energy saving, and emission reduction. The contract signed with Nanjing Iron and Steel will solve the latter's needs in waste heat recovery and utilization, low-temperature power generation, water treatment, and gas safety through technological innovation and engineering services. At the same time, it will combine the actual conditions of both parties to form a good relationship to help Nanjing Iron and Steel achieve the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, production and efficiency enhancement.

President Zhu Ruirong said that currently, Nanjing Iron & Steel is accelerating the pace of transformation, developing in a low-carbon, green, and high-quality direction, and striving to achieve the goal of "comprehensively building an ecologically green benchmark steel company and becoming a global leader in green steel." At the end of the ceremony, under the witness of the leaders present, representatives from both parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement. In the later stage, Sunpower Tech will work with Nanjing Iron & Steel to implement the "double carbon" goal, advocate a green, environmentally friendly, and low-carbon lifestyle, accelerate the pace of reducing carbon emissions, guide green technology innovation, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and contribute to improving the industry and to the global competitiveness of the economy.
