Sunpower Tech, headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu, specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of high-end equipment for the chemical industry, polysilicon, LNG, and metallurgy. Addressing industry challenges, Sunpower Tech focuses on chemical engineering materials, clean energy integrated equipment, and state-of-the-art energy-saving and environmental protection technologies. We have undertaken numerous key projects for major enterprises such as SINOPEC, CNPC, CNOOC, Wanhua Chemical Group, GCL Technology Holdings, and Tongwei Group, promoting the localization of critical equipment and technological commercializations.
We have successfully developed and manufactured integrated equipment, including solar polysilicon core components, LNG vaporization and liquefaction units, energy-saving PTA oxidation condensers, dehydration reactors for propylene oxide/styrene co-production, coupling reactors for ethylene glycol projects, and selective hydrogenation reactors for benzene cyclohexanone. These contributions have been pivotal in localizing essential equipment in China’s chemical and new energy sectors.
Our "Thermoprobe" is a key innovation that addresses the challenge of permafrost thaw settlement in the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. We led the formulation of the GB standard for "Thermoprobe" and were a major contributor to the "Key Technology and Engineering Application for Construction and Maintenance of Highways in High-Altitude Permafrost Regions on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau," which won the "2020 National Science and Technology Progress Award."
As a technology-driven enterprise, Sunpower Tech manages the "Jiangsu (Sunpower) Industrial Energy Saving Technology Research Institute." Approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Standardization Management Committee, we have established various research platforms, including the "Postdoctoral Research Workstation" and the "Thermal Pipe Working Group of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Transportation Engineering Facilities (Highway)."
Leveraging our independent innovation capabilities, we pursue localized innovation with efficient heat transfer technology at the core, promoting the industrialization of advancements in clean energy, energy-saving, and environmental protection. We will continue to be leaders, promoters, and practitioners of technological innovation, fostering new productive forces sustainably. By being grounded and actively fulfilling social responsibilities, we aim to make Sunpower a trusted partner for our clients and contribute significantly to societal progress, creating a brighter future together.
