The product structure types of heat exchangers are complete, including fixed tubesheet, floating head typeU-shaped tube type, hairpin type, double tubesheet, inner hole welding, etc. The company has manufactured heat exchangers with single weight up to 800t and diameter up to 6000mm. With a variety of stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys, zirconium, nickel and nickel alloys, copper and copper alloys and other metal materials, materials almost cover all special metal materials, covering the whole industry.
With years of research and development and project application accumulation in the field of efficient heat transfer technology, it has realized the high eficiency, energy saving and environmental protection of key heat transfer equipment in many subsectors, and formed a number of patented technologies. According to the characteristics of diferent industries and the individual needs of customers, the company through the efficient heat transfer theory and flow field simulation analysis, the structural design of heat transfer components and the structural lavout of core components, the coupling of special materials and efficient heat transfer technology, products are widely used in oil refining, chemical industry, hydrometallurgy, new energy and otheiindustries. Ethylene Project PO/SM Co-Production Unit Dehydration Reactor

As China's first core dehydration reactor for PO/SM co-production units adopting LyondellBasell's process package, it achieved localization of critical equipment and was selected into Sinopec's "Ten Dragons" Key Technology Development Program.

OBl Nickel-Cobalt Project High-Pressure Reactor, Lygend Ningbo

As the first core equipment project in hydrometallurgy field using thousand-ton-scale titanium-steel clad plates, it marked SunPower's entry into the autoclave product domain for nickel-cobalt projects, thereby solidifying its technical R&D and manufacturing expertise in export-oriented specialty core equipment.
