Recently, the seawater desalination module undertaken by Sunpower successfully passed acceptance and was officially shipped to Europe. This successful delivery marks a new breakthrough in the application of high-end modular equipment technology.

The project is located in a coastal region of Europe, where substantial daily production water demands make direct seawater usage prone to equipment corrosion and product contamination, imposing extremely high requirements for corrosion resistance and purification efficiency. The equipment integrates 11 functional units, including disc filters, chemical cleaning systems, multi-media filters, reverse osmosis boosters, and energy recovery devices. Leveraging extensive experience in applying high-efficiency heat transfer technology to address challenges across various industries, scenarios, and complex working conditions, Sunpower combined special material processing technology with multi-stage purification processes. By extensively utilizing corrosion-resistant special metals and non-metallic materials, the company significantly enhanced equipment stability while improving seawater desalination efficiency, effectively achieving water purification and system energy conservation. This provides solid assurance for helping clients increase production, improve efficiency, and maintain long-term safe operation, fully adapting to harsh marine environmental conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and high salt spray.

During the research and development process, Sunpower successfully resolved a series of technical challenges, including deformation control of large welded components, precision machining of special materials, and sealing under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. The module's pipeline system employs fully welded processes, undergoing rigorous pressure testing and purging inspections. Under test conditions exceeding 90 kg water pressure, all performance indicators met design requirements, achieving internationally recognized delivery standards.

After commissioning, this seawater desalination module can efficiently convert seawater into stable and reliable industrial water for critical processes such as production cooling, significantly reducing client operating costs while creating sustained value in energy conservation, production increase, and long-cycle operation.

This equipment delivery further demonstrates Sunpower's technical accumulation and capabilities in the high-end equipment sector. Looking forward, the company will continue to focus on developing high-efficiency heat transfer technology, promoting innovation and application of modular and green high-end equipment, providing clients with more reliable and valuable system solutions, and supporting high-quality industry development.
